We designed Wardrobe Valet to make laundry completely effortless. 1. Schedule a Pickup Open the booking tool on our website or through the Wardrobe Valet app and choose a convenient pickup window. Your assigned valet will arrive at the scheduled time to collect your garments and household textiles. There’s no need to sort, weigh, or count anything — simply leave it to us. (While our valets prefer greeting customers at the door, contactless pickup is always available.) 2. Garment Inspection & Order Confirmation Once your items arrive at our facility, each garment is: • Counted • Inspected • Tagged and recorded You’ll receive an SMS and in-app notification confirming: • The number of garments received • Any defects or damage noticed during inspection • The final service total This ensures complete transparency before cleaning begins. 3. Professional Cleaning & Care Your garments are then sorted, treated for stains when necessary, and cleaned using our premium garment care process. 4. Delivery Back to Your Door Your valet returns your freshly cleaned, neatly folded garments at the delivery time you selected when placing your order. Simple as that — a few taps, and laundry disappears from your life

Helpful information for placing your first pickup order. Where, when, and how should I leave my laundry for pickup? Our valets always prefer to collect your order in person to ensure a smooth and secure handoff. If you are unavailable during the pickup window, simply leave your laundry bags outside your front door or in another clearly visible, unobstructed location. For best results, we recommend placing your bags out about 15 minutes before the start of your pickup window. Do I need a special bag for my laundry? No special preparation is required for your first pickup. After your first service, we will provide complimentary Wardrobe Valet laundry bags for all future orders. Our Signature Wash & Fold service capacity is measured using these bags, making it easy to schedule future pickups without weighing or counting items. What should I use for my first pickup? If you do not yet have a Wardrobe Valet bag, simply place your garments in: • A garbage bag • A laundry bag • A duffle bag • Any bag that protects garments from the elements Disposable bags (such as garbage bags) will be discarded, while reusable bags will be returned with your delivery. What if I can't leave my laundry outside? If leaving your laundry outside your residence is not possible, our valet will meet you in person during the scheduled pickup window to collect your order. Your garments are always handled with care, and we want to ensure they remain safe and secure. What happens if I forget to put out my bags? If your bags are not available when the valet arrives, we will attempt to contact you to complete the pickup. If we are unable to reach you, the pickup may need to be rescheduled for the next available window. If multiple attempts are made by the valet and a pickup still cannot be completed due to lack of response, a $20 missed pickup fee may apply to compensate the valet's time. This is rarely exercised, and rescheduling is always preferred. Hotel or Airbnb Guests Wardrobe Valet can absolutely accommodate hotel and short-term rental guests. Simply request your pickup through the booking tool and leave your laundry with the front desk or in the location designated by your host or concierge. When placing the order, include any helpful notes so our valet knows exactly where to retrieve and return your garments. Do I need to sort my laundry? No. Simply place everything in your laundry bag and request a pickup. Our team will inspect, sort, and process each garment appropriately before cleaning begins. This includes separating fabrics, colors, and items that require special care. Do I need to count or weigh my garments? Not at all. Once your order arrives at our facility, each item is individually counted, inspected, and recorded before cleaning begins. You will receive a notification confirming the number of garments and the service total. Should I point out stains or special care instructions? If you are aware of any stains or special care requests, you are welcome to leave a note in the booking form or mention it during pickup. That said, our team performs a full garment inspection before cleaning and will treat stains whenever possible. Can I include bedding, towels, or household items? Absolutely. Wardrobe Valet can process bedding, towels, and other household textiles along with your garments. Simply select our Linen cleaning service when placing an order. What if I need to change my pickup time? Pickup times can typically be adjusted ONE HOUR before the scheduled window begins. If you need to make a change, simply contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. What happens after my laundry is picked up? Once your order arrives at our facility, it goes through our record and inspection process where every garment is counted and examined. You will receive a notification confirming your order details before cleaning begins.

Helpful information regarding the delivery of your order. Do I need to be present for delivery? Our valets always prefer to return garments in person to ensure the perfect handoff. If you are unavailable during the delivery window, we can complete a contactless delivery by leaving your order in a safe, clearly visible location such as your front door or building concierge desk. We will also take a confirmation picture, and send a SMS notification and/or app notification letting you know the delivery was completed. How will I know when my driver is on the way? You will receive an SMS notification and/or app notification when your order is out for delivery. This allows you to prepare for arrival or ensure the designated drop-off location is accessible. Can I change my delivery time? If your schedule changes, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to adjust your delivery window. Changes can officially be made TWO HOURS prior to the delivery window. Once a valet is already en route, adjustments may be limited, but we will always try to accommodate where possible. How will my clothes be returned? Your garments are returned neatly folded and professionally packaged to keep them clean, organized, and ready to wear. Laundry bags will be returned, and garments that require hangers will be on a hanger and poly and bagged. Everything will be wardrobe ready. Hotel or Airbnb Guests Wardrobe Valet can accommodate hotel and short-term rental guests. Your order can be returned through the front desk, concierge, or the location designated by your host, depending on the property's policies. Simply include clear instructions when placing your order.
